I’m a Ukrainian-born baker based in Yorkshire, creating small-batch cookies and refined patisserie inspired by memory, place, and modern European baking.

What began as a personal way to share my baking locally is slowly growing into something more - from elegant desserts and hosting collections to intimate patisserie experiences inspired by hospitality and storytelling.
